Born unwanted by his mother, Tenzen had to live with his father, who had a major gambling addiction. Anything he would get, find, or was given to him that was of any value, he would force tenzen to a rigged game of cards every time.
Any time tenzen would win, his father would just raise the stakes over and over until he lost. After his things were taken from him, he would sell them and spend them at the local Inarian casino to see if he could win.....

Which he never did.
Once he became older, his father tried to do the same shenanigans again... This time, he'd pay the price each time tenzen won.... Every time his father lost, tenzen would kill him brutally limb by limb, until he eventually died.
There was no evidence left to investigate so Tenzen would walk a free man, getting a job among the inarian government and slowly rising to a powerful position.
Once planet inaru drifted into the solar system, there was an uneasy upset between the inarians, who were leagues more powerful than them, but reasonable and peaceful folk, and the solar system planets and kingdoms. When Queen serenity proposed a peace treaty of sealing away at least seven of the inarians tails, Tenzen flew into an outrage over it, and proposed that they, the inarians, should bulldoze over their system as the fleas they were, but the inarians above him agreed to the treaty.
Before the treaty could go into effect, Tenzen flew out of system and out of reach of Queen Serenity's influence. After years of brooding and being furious at their Queen, he eventually came back with vengeance in mind..... Only to find his planet reduced to a wasteland and the moon kingdom destroyed.
On planet earth, he would slowly rise to power through cunning and brutal means, eventually becoming the leader and lord of the infamous yakuza mob. He built and maintains a secret casino for underground criminals and crime lords from all over and has kept it secret for years, event protecting it from galaxia's earth destroying attack by warping it to another nearby planetary system. Once earth came back, he'd return it to earth, without disturbing a single patron.
Over time, he would meet tamono during her assasin years and they would give birth to their first and last daughter, Kasumi, who is also Sailor Sun reincarnated. Seeing as Kasumi was the only other female to have all nine tails, unlike her mother who only has the two, Tenzen seen Kasumi as a rightful heir and possible tool against other gangs, governments, and so on. She would be his prized possession. When tamono pushed tenzen to give up his criminal lifestyle for the sake of their child, he'd fake the baby's death, killing her spirit of wanting to run away from this lifestyle.
Eventually, he'd come across akira, a famous Japanese, human stunt biker, and he'd challenge the house for Tamono's freedom. Shockingly, Tenzen lost to the game of Omaha hold em and reluctantly, seeing that he already had kasumi, who was hidden from Tamono and Akira the whole time.
Years would pass and he would capture Katsumi, Akira and Tamono's daughter, and enslave her into his casino as a floor girl,catering with booze to thirsty patrons. To her shock, she'd find other women and men working there against their will, wearing explosive collars just like her, serving as singers, card table workers, and show girls.
San and company would eventually infiltrate the casino, under orders of queen serenity. They would rescue not only katsumi, but kasumi, and tamono, who tenzen captured when she failed a personal infiltration/rescue mission. Tenzen had plans of killing kasumi because of her stupidity, revealing his plans to the enemy by being easily tricked.
After a long hard battle, with it taking everyone's effort, they would manage to wear him down to capture him.
