He lights and puffs on the branch to develop smoke he  can manipulate with his own life energy to defend himself with. It seemingly never burns out or takes a long time to, however like most ignitables, if soaked, it won't relight until dry.

A tengu that San and crew rescued from a group of rogue, psychotic tengu. He doesn't know who he is, however a wandering monk of unknown origin gave him a name and taught him martial arts. He's a noble and serious sort of character, that uses martial arts and wind to fight his foes.

sailor sun's artifacts. she primarily uses only one sword unless she decides she wants to use all nine of them at once. when all are summoned, they revolve around her just like the planets revolve around the sun, matching her ego. her swords contain super heated solar energy that can virtually melt through any material on contact as well as setting them ablaze. she can fire a large beam, capable of nuking a large area, leaving nothing behind, by bringing her swords to a circular formation, spinning them until they form a ring, and firing the devastating beam

her shield, like her swords, contain the same amount of energy, but can repel virtually any attack against her, vaporizing anything on contact. if she wanted to, she could unleash a devastating blast with it.
