About Me

My name is Joshua Emerick.

I am a 26 year old male, going on 27.

​

I live in Jonesboro, Arkansas in an apartment with my wife. 

I gained inspiration to write back when I was 18 and in SR high at Bay High School.

I am an avid gamer, i play games like fallout, crash bandicoot, smash ultimate, and so on. Don't really care for puzzle games or sports games really.

​

my personal instrument is a little wind instrument called the 12-hole ocarina. it is light blue and very durable and reliable, light on the maintenance too.

​

i started writing scripts back in 2012 during the last year of my high school life. it was very mediocre and not very great i will admit, however it was indeed a start. i used to draw my own characters, write down concepts, and scripts, but i always found the thought of writing a book too overwhelming and put it out of my head, until i just took the leap of faith and just started writing.

my first rendition of Solar Knight was actually called Sailor Moon: Dark Veil and it was set just when Usagi just became queen and pregnant with Chibiusa when San opened the jar. by the end of writing the book it felt empty, cringey, and just downright horrible. thusly, i scrapped all the chapters and rewrote the story into something more incredible and was way better than the original by a long shot.

i am still going back over my old work eventually and will add and doctor up the books i write before calling them officially done.
