Shizune

Unlike their warrior-esque cousins, the ippu are known to swindle and mess with people's heads as they are crafty and mischievous. They're also very hard to read, as most have ulterior motives and plans themselves. 

 

Though they are put in a negative spotlight in most scenarios, they do hold morals and childcare highly. As confusing as it sounds, they're excellent parents to their pups and teach them the dos and don'ts of society and other societies. 

 

The planet is nearly covered in forests and greenery, with most of their water supply being underground. With them having their fox-like nature,  they live in "fox holes" to both keep warm and safe, for the creatures of the planet are rather huge and eat anything smaller than them regardless of species. Most homes are connected to the underground systems where they mingle, have shops, and other things. 

 

Their Senshi is Sailor Ippu, she was regarded in poor light in their society. She wouldn't take care of the growing population of the beasts above, but would act high and mighty because she was, as she calls it, their "chosen one". She would expect high standards for everything and from everyone, often met with people outright hating her. When shizune killed her and stole her star seed for Galaxia, almost all the ippu praised her for it! 

 

By the time of reincarnation, the beasts from above were dealt with by the ippu rather than relying on senshi and are hunted for sport, so it was much safer to roam on the surface. 

 

Once of age, Shizune's gift of "creation art" was more prominent. She thought her talents would be wasted on her planet and sought out earth, a planet of prosperity and commercialism, thinking she would hit it big there. During her travels, she would come across a small ship that belonged to Kaeru, who is also an ex-animate. She was banished from her planet, so shizune took her aboard and as it turned out, their abilities complimented one another, with kaeru being able to make her enchanted ink and paper for her to use. 

 

Shizune's creation art ability allows her to draw anything she wants and it comes to existence as she envisioned it. Her abilities are only limited to drawing up objects and the size of the paper. She can't draw living things and bring them to life, otherwise they just become an object. For example, if she drew a realistic looking frog, it would only become a wooden object and serve as decor or a paperweight. She's also limited to her spiritual stamina, when she creates too many things, she gets light headed and sometimes gets migraines. Kaeru monitors her condition and tells her when to rest before she gets that way however. 

 

On earth, she lives along the shoreline of Japan on the seaside cliffs in her condo there. She works as a librarian, even through she's rich as can be by "creating" hers and kaeru's own money. She would hang up art pieces in the library, tend to damaged books, and replace faded or damages art on books, while Kaeru took care of the rest. She's a remarkable freehand artist and has a keen eye for detail. 

 

Her motives for aiding Queen serenity is a mystery. Being an ippu, she doesn't let her reasons for doing things be crystal clear. She could be serving her for a numerous reasons such as powerful connections, fame, a future favor or favors, to be part of the royal family somehow, and the list goes on. She's not evil as ippu aren't known to be, at least not in this life she's not, just mysterious in nature.
