Mad Dr Rattan

a young female chu that joined the military primarily to gain an advanced education in chemistry, biology, and other fields of science. she had a young friend who was a young teen that would visit her every day after drills.

one day, her platoon was sent in to scout a new virgin planet that was possibly rich with minerals and resources. however, the vulepkin forces would arrive at the same time and attempt to claim it as their own. during a verbal conflict, rattan's young friend was shot and thusly lead to war and false information, making the chu to seem like they shot first and killed one of their young officers.

during the red sun war, the war that took place on said planet, the vulepkin forces would bring out an illegal weapon of war and wiped out rattan's forces, leaving her without her whole right side and almost all of her allies dead and turned to ash.

during her grief induced rage, she unleashed a cruel plague onto the vulepkin home planet, inari, that turned them against one another. infected individuals would become rabid monsters and kill anyone that they seen, resulting in a population drop to a mere 15%-20% population.

when she returned, she was labeled a monster and was banished to space, because she did this while they were under a peace treaty and surrender.

years passed and she would return and be involved in the golden cult, and would face San and company. She would find his powers intriguing and wanted to have him join her side so they can make super strong and intelligent soldiers together. he would refuse on both occasions, with the second one being she would take his "DNA" by force and "attack" him while he was poisoned with paralysis from her tainted, thorned sword.

this would break San's psyche and would make him have to be under care of a mental rehabilitation hospital. this also made him have a fear of women in general.
