Pandora

upon opening the jar, Pandora and her legion of demons overtook Japan in a manner of hours, with the dark veil, a purple fog, slowly spreading to other nations.

she was once a happy young woman, who was married to Epimetheus. however, happiness was all she had, as her land and people were suffering with famine, disease, and so on. one day, the gods made a deal. if she opened the jar, there would be a great darkness that sweeps the land, but "hope" would come forth as well.

​

after opening it, the land was overcome with monster, but society would welcome them and would live peacefully with the abundance of food and clean water. one day however, a whisper was told among the people that the original opener of the jar had to be sacrificed in order for all the blessings to keep going. her husband was killed while protecting pandora, but she was eventually captured and killed, with her ashen remains going into the jar.

San would eventually encounter her, and she would mistake him as her long lost husband who was reincarnated. she would eventually go mad, as the fight between them escalated to the point where she delivers an death blow to San and Queen Serenity would purify her and the jar.

in book 2, its revealed that she is in a heavenly like realm with her long lost husband
