Aka ex Sailor Titanium Korekko
She was exiled off planet with a small ship, food, water, and enough fuel to navigate to another planet. She was shunned by her own family and what little friends she did have because of her past self's actions that went unanswered.
She would meet up with shizune, an ex animate like herself, and travel to earth.... Because they had no choice because of low fuel.
They took up a job at the tokyo library with her and helps her around the library.
She got into a terrible accident however, while running an errand. She was T-boned in traffic by a speeding vehicle. Her right leg was heavily injured, nearly crushed from impact. After years of therapy however, she learned to walk with a cane and gets around quite well with a bummed leg.
She lives with shizune as roommates, because she still has difficulties doing things on her own and therefore has to be looked after.
In her past life as Sailor Titanium Korekko, she caused a lot of atrocities under the command of sailor Galaxia. Once defeated by the sailor senshi heroes, many years later, she reincarnated on her home planet, Krokita.
Krokita is a marsh-like planet, that's populated by large lakes, trees, moss fields, and is very humid. It's denizens are human-like, but have frog traits and characteristics, some more bold than others. Most have long tongues, can ribbit like frogs, and can stick to surfaces with mucus they can create at will. It's not as gross as one could imagine, it's only a thin layer that's just enough to create a sticky film.

Once word got out that she was born to a family and bared the features of the traitor of many years ago, when she came of age and understood what she did in the past.
